Possible record one shot kill on Coyote

wow....he is my hero.....i clipped one with my new 6X284 the other day at 650....but....he went down hard, then got back up and into the sage brush before i could anchor him down. not sure if it was a marginal hit or bad bullet performance....i dont know of anyone who can claim to beating that record......AJ

David shot the coyote.

David was running the dtac bullet @ 3050fps.

He double lunged him and the coyote spun for a few seconds and was done.

As far as i know that is the longest 1st shot connection ever made on a live tgt. other than big game. I've studied that reticle some and it truly is the most technical reticle i've ever seen. Too expensive for my wallet tho.

You said you used the Dtac recticle to make your adjustments but the Dtac increments range from 300-1200 yards your shot was taken at 1700+ yards, please explain??
