I do breakfast tacos all the time out of leftovers. Whatever got cooked over a fire or in oil the night before goes in. I guess I need to take pictures cause that looks delicious!!!!
I'm working in Irish cream pulled pork at the moment, I smoked the pork first now it's in the instapot with dried chilies, Irish cream a little bit of broth and water for 45 minutes then I will shred it and it will be ready for either sandwiches or more tacos.
