May be we need some one (I know I do) to post about how to properly level the rifle and then properly install and level the scope. I'm new at the game of shooting beyond 350 yards. Hint Hint ????

Agreed. I bought so many different scope levels and would put them on the rifle even on the Picatinny rail and none of the bubbles would agree with each other. I went to the electronic MDT send it leveler and now use a electronic leveler on my rifle and scope, along with an Arisaka wedge initially. it and now it's super easy to level a scope but I understand not everybody uses a Picatinny rail, but that is where the electronic levelers coming to play

If its a nightforce scope, it just needs a slight adjustment.
Throw it off a really tall cliff onto rocks a bakers dozen times, then build a garden shed using it as your only hammer to drive the nails, lasts pack it in 8 lbs of C4 explosiveand set it off, then it should shoot fine again.
You just haven't been abusing it enough is all.
Those nightforce scopes need to be treated terribly or they malfunction.
