I have no issues with either MOA or MIL as long as the turrets match the reticle. So either MOA/MOA or MIL/MIL.

MOA/MOA for target shooting (finer adjustments) but MIL/MIL for hunting, less turns to get on target faster.

I had a MIL dot reticle and MOA turret scope, it was confusing, and you can not dail up what you see from the reticle.

Needless to say I dont have it anymore.
