I have been shooting nocturnals on Goldtip xt hunter 55-70's with 100gr slik tricks for years at about 245 fps and have never noticed an appreciable difference in point of impact out to 50.

If I were shooting at game animals beyond 40 more often I would probably spend more time on the issue.

I've also used the nocturnals, and generally shoot about 1/2 inch lower out to 50. I don't even bother changing my pins. I think if your bows tuned correctly then it shouldn't be much of an issue

30 and inside you might not notice it , past that you will.
