I like what the Ridge Runner said, he is on..but if the bullet design in diferent than you should check every design change with the black marker. I have this happen a few times too! at least 4 times a year. if the bullet is to long and extending to far forward this can happen, mic the oal of the cartrige. its jamming into the grooves and sticking. leaver actions are bad for this.
