This thing works amazing! Simply found low es/sd and then shot this. I started at zero and went to 2,4,6 and then 8. 4,6 and 8 shot really well even in the heavy mirage. When I was done I shot at 6 again to confirm. I'm impressed. I've had it on the rifle for awhile now but this is my first time really doing any testing with it.

One of my sons has a Browning A bolt 1 SS Stalker w/ BOSS on it. We can tune good factory ammo to sub 1/2 MOA very easily w/ it. I don't know why Browning and Winchester don't offer this option anymore. Works great for tuning a load. Especially for non reloaders.

I might be interested in one if they came in titanium. I just can't see all of that extra weight hanging off the end of the barrel. Maybe that's no big deal though…just me I guess.

The weight is special and is a critical part of tuning the barrel harmonics. I also have RAS and Harrells tuner brakes.

Years ago, we played with the Browning Boss on Bolt and BAR's, always was able to tune them to shoot some very small groups. Different ideas take centuries for people to accept.

I also played with a rubber doughnut that slides up and down on the barrel, and I think that it is made by lib saver. I tuned a Savage pump 30/30 to shoot 1/2" groups with that silly doughnut...a real conversation piece at the rifle range.

Do a search on EZ tuners(Mike Ezel) RAS tuners, and Harrell's tuners.

The issue becomes a matter of personal choice, either being Practical in reducing groups Achieving amazing accuracy, vs esthetics....Pick!

Form fits function or look at me kind of thing. It's a hobby, do it your way.

I picked up the EC tuner brake also. I really like it. I put it on my Tikka 7mag Roughtech. I've told my friends it's the only brake I'll buy now. It's a well engineered brake to begin with, and offers the option of effective tuning for the same price as a good brake with no tuner. When funds allow, I plan on getting a few more, I have a 6 creed that I'm working on as the time/cash permits, and I'd also like to try one on my 338 Norma. I already have a Terminator brake that works awesome on it, but I'd like to experiment with different bullet weights/types, and see how the tuner works for those.

I got a few and they seem to work well.
