Big poppa smokers makes some good stuff also. I like the cash cow and little louies on beef. Tri tip and prime rib.
Can't wait to see what you make!!I finally got around to seasoning the grill; I might smoke something tonight.
I wouldn't be surprised of the stuff wasn't second tier at best like their charcoal. My brother fires coals a lot and is fond of B&B...I just saw locally Kingsford is making pellets. Sams club and home depot are selling them.
good to know. around here Traeger pellets are a bit more expensive than the others. To date, I have only used Traeger in my SmokeFire, no issues.
That looks so good. Only thig missing fo me is stewed tomatoes on the mac & cheese. Great job.I bought a Smokefire back in February and I've burned over a hundred pounds of pellets through it already. I'm becoming a fan of 100% cherry pellets from Lumberjack. They feed well with little to no tunneling and produce very good food. The Cabelas pellets are re-labeled Lumberjack so a $50 dollar order gets you free shipping on those.
mac was made from scratch... can't mess that one up with stuff on topThat looks so good. Only thig missing fo me is stewed tomatoes on the mac & cheese. Great job.
