Governor Tom Wolf and the Democrats want:
Republican Rep. Todd Stephens from southeastern PA sponsored "Red Flag" Gun Confiscation last year.
Our own Republican Senator, Pat "The Turncoat" Toomey is pushing for universal background checks in Congress!
Who cares what letter is next to their name -- if a politician is trying to rob us of our Second Amendment rights in 2019 they need to hear from us.
Since the horrific shooting in Pittsburgh, gun control advocates have been pushing for city-wide legislation to restrict your Second Amendment rights.
The only good news is that under existing state law, they cannot do this.
State law preempts any local governments from passing gun control on their own, it has to come from Harrisburg.
However, Gun Grabbers want to change this law too!
They want to create a Pennsylvania where any local government or city like Philadelphia or Pittsburgh could go ahead and pass whatever kind of radical gun control their hearts desire.
Pennsylvania would become a patchwork quilt of different anti-gun ordinances if Local Option Gun Control is allowed.
And the problem is that rogue cities like Pittsburgh are already considering far-reaching gun grab bills right now.
Three gun control bills will be up for a public hearing in late January in Pittsburgh with final votes on the legislation happening in February.
If the bills pass, a major legal fight will likely ensue since the actions taken by Pittsburgh would be illegal under Pennsylvania law.
It's hard to think of a moment when our gun rights were under more attack than they are right now.
If Pennsylvania gun owners from every corner of our state do not stand up and fight in 2019 I guarantee you and I will see new gun control bills made law in our state.
We cannot let that happen.
