Trail running, ATV riding, archery, turkey hunting, hiking

Summer and winter. And, I just bought a new ATV so I can ride with the kids in the summer, too.

But mostly I GOLF!!!!

Every chance i get I head to New Mexico or Colorado to do a little fly fishing and when I only have a day or two I break out the paddle board and fish the local lakes and ponds.

Fly fishing with both one and two - handed rods and upland hunting are my other outdoor passions.

Fly fishing and working with my duck dog to keep him trained and in shape.

I have a 2 month sabbatical this summer plus my normal 4 weeks of vacation, so I plan to do 3 weeks of fly fishing, a 2 day long range class, and maybe 2 weeks of deer hunting, as well as my normal duck hunting every weekend during that season.

I like to hike and backpack. Keeps me in shape for hunting, and let's me test gear and scout hunting areas. It gives me quality time with my kids. They are becoming strong hikers, and soon they'll be backpacking with me.

I have pretty much given up most of my other hobbies to shoot registered skeet shooting events. Still in the shooting sports, just another venue.
I figured out how to end a skeet shooting carreer with a million dollars......start with two million. Its an expensive sport with little payback but I just can't give it up.
