Read a book one time and they put stew in a Dutch oven with few coals and buried it. Came home at end of a long day hunting to a hot meal, and then made peach cobbler in another one. Ever since I've read that, I thought it sounded like the best meal ever.

Dutch oven cooking is not dead in Montana.

I have tons of cast iron, to me it's the best to cook with.
