There is 2 spots for a guided hunt of prime blacktail hunting in southern oregon. this is for a guided hunt for people to provide there own lodging and food. The cost is $2500. per person. I have hunted with this outfitter numerous times and he gets it done. He has been mentioned numerous times on this site as a go to guy for big bears. You can PM me for details.
