Omega 300

Just looked at your info. You should be good to go. I believe ask andmin @Cris and get things straightened out.
 
Also, the only other difference between you and I I've never used the QD brake I direct thread mine I want it light as possible and short as possible. I have the flat end cap for several caliber. I do not use the anchor brake
 
i use the the brake on the end of my can because i put in on my 22-250 ai, 22 creed, 6 prc, 300 blackout, and 300 prc. And whatever else i feel like putting it on lol
 
 
From what I'm reading there's no problem with the Omega 300 itself as a suppressor, but rather with the coarse threads between the muzzle devices and the ASR mount.

IMO buy a new ASR mount. It has a spring in it, and a pawl with teeth. If either are worn you might be over-tightening, leading to the release issues.

This is why the Dead Air KeyMo system exists - the ASR system isn't the most robust option in the world, and KeyMo is more like a 3-lug system, no threads. It even works with the Bravo threads inside the Omega 300.
