Hi all, I own a SlincerCo Omega 300 suppressor and after having it for a couple of years now, i am liking it less and less. The QD setup is getting stuck on the brake frequently, is anyone else having this problem? I just got it back from getting unstuck and having the threads cleaned. I took it out and put a couple rounds down it, and it was stuck hard but not to the point where i couldnt get it off. Im going to try and put some high temp anti-seize on the threads to help remedy my problem, but im still not sure its going to work. Im thinking about putting the threaded cap on but worried that will also get stuck on one rifle. What would you guys recommend i do? I have a few brakes on a couple of different rifles and would like to keep this can versatile.

I have another can coming, hopefully soon, for 6mm and smaller. Planning on using that one for the smaller cal's and using this one for a backup and on my 300 PRC.

I always use anti- seize on the threads and I've never had a problem.

@338 dude yeah idk man, this can is really making me reconsider it.
It's a great can with all the specs and full auto rated, etc.. You must be doing something wrong. Start with the anti seize and maybe not shoot as many rounds before it is removed and re-attached.

see i only shot three rounds and then she was stuck on there pretty good

Im thinking of using it but i dont want to have to carry around a bottle of anti-seize to swap from gun to gun all the time
It doesn't take much I just leave the residue on the threads when I swap from rifle to rifle a thread protector covers it when it's in the safe so I do not track it around

Try the anti-seize . I'm going in the other room right now and just pop mine loose with my bare hands. It's on a 300 blackout at the moment and I've probably shot 50 rounds down it lately
Yep, just like always popped it right loose with my bare hands no problem at all give the anti seize a try and I like the copper anti seize over the aluminum

Once you've used it and it's coated I rarely have to add anymore or reapply unless I actually clean it off and remove it. I've had people complain about it saying the can comes loose, but it actually gets a little thicker with use and I've never had it come loose ever.
