My uncle gave me this old, well used Remington 700 30-06 with a 22" barrel years ago. I was going to turn it into my project but found it was easier and cheaper to just buy new hunting rifles instead. It shoots although I never did hunt or kill anything with it just several shots every New Years Eve. Anyways it's the older version as the bolt is different than the new ones. It's rusty, look to have been painted and neglected for years. The trigger is surprisingly smooth and light. I changed my remington XCR to a timney and kept that trigger to put into this one. I think it's a PRO-X but no guarantee and it's silver. DNZ scope ring/base ($40 value) so that's my honest description of this rifle. It shoots, but is in rough shape and it's never been worked on. Please ask any and all questions as I will try my best to answer them. Comes as is pictured. I never cleaned it and don't intend to. Also comes with a bunch of brass and a open box of Hornady A-MAX 168 grain bullets, NONE have been pulled. I hate it when people send pulled bullets only to claim they forgot when questioned... yeah right BS!!!
