NXS zero stop problem

So what did Nightforce say?

Well they pretty much said that the zero stop clutch is stuck. I guess it can happen if they are set for a long period of time. That being said, I can still adjust the POI using an allen wrench to click the center shaft in the direction I need while holding the zero stop with the screws loosened.

They will fix it under warranty but I really don't need to send it in unless I switch the scope to another rifle. It was pain to get it perfectly aligned and if I don't have to re-do that I won't!
