NX8

Do any of you have experience with and opinions on the NX8 2.5x20x50 MOA F2

This has always looked attractive to me I like the wide magnification selection mainly because where I live shots can be very close in low light but I also like to shoot long when I can and make it out west every other year.

One of my friends just told me someone said of all the Nightforce scopes that this is the only bad one. Supposedly the eye relief is very tight

Mine is also fine. I drove just over an hour to put my hands on one before buying. The only thing I did not like is all of the plastic under the top turret, it is also a heavy scope but I knew that going in. I really like the reticle

Edit - I have a scope from the NX8 series, not the exact model you mentioned

I currently have the NX8 2.5-20 f2.
Excellent optic. I have no issues with the eye box once set up correctly.
Turrets are positive clicks & Return to zero,
Really good glass, nice simple reticle,
Nice size & weight. Rugged, Repeatable,
Reliable.
