Depends on your tolerance levels. I know the Winchester brass I'm measuring and turning almost all have varying neck thickness. Almost all have one thin side at about .013 and a thick side at about .015. A person would have to sort through a thousand to find 100 that had less than .001 variance. If you turn them all to .013, you can use almost all. I don't weigh and sort cases by weight, so no comment on that aspect.
I weighed 50 pcs.
Most were within .6gr with alot less than .5gr.
Nearly all within 1 grain.
Only 2 were 2.0gr different.
The ave weight was about 278-279gr. It is heavy brass.
Very light chamfer on it , but I like to put more.
