I took this in on trade and kept the lower for an SBR build. It is a Noveske upper with a 16" ARP barrel with an Oldin adjustable gas block, and a M Lock hand guard. It has less than 100 rounds on it and comes complete with bolt carrier and charging handle. The paint job is an Rattle can job but doesn't look too bad. (It could be removed easily). I will also throw in a brand new Pro Shot bore guide. $600 shipped and insured.
