I was under the impression you could have a lighted reticle but could not use it while hunting big game.

Like an expandable broadhead, perfectly legal to have one in your quiver but can't use it on big game.

Thanks for clearing that up.

There was a lot of confusion for a while, but lighted reticles have always been ok...Someone buy this scope and use it to kill a big idaho muley or elk!

I've decided to keep it.

I have a 300 PRC that should be finished in the next week or so.

The plan was to use it on that rifle anyway, should be a nice match.

Glad to here your keeping it.
I pre ordered 2 of the 4-32's in MOA. I took one out and really like mine. It is hands down the scope I will run over an NXS. It's not quite my ATACR's but it's not close in price either.
I might sale my 2nd one haven't decided yet.

Finally saw one in a store yesterday looks like a nice scope at 2.5 cross hairs were really hard to see but turned up just a little it gets better quick still want to see one mounted and hear more feedback before bitting
