Newbie here, need some insight on a rifle

I own a 2017 MOA rifle chambered in .300 RUM, it was built on a McMillan carbon stock. I'm trying to determine what stock it is…. I believe it's the long action Remington hunter. Any feedback would be appreciated .

It is probably a McMillan Hunter, which they used a lot. The Remington Hunter is very similar but with a wider foreend that supports larger barrels, I believe.

Any recommendations on a light weight stock that's no so beefy in the grip ?
