I am located in Flower Mound, TX about 7 miles North of DFW Airport.

It has the #7 reticle, if you aren't familiar you can see it at the Optic's Planet website.

I did just sell a pair of Zeiss binoculars to another member if you would like a reference and I have been a licensed realtor (you can check the Texas Real Estate Commission website) in Texas for 18 years.

I am seriously interested in your scope. I have two friends who live in the area. Would you be willing to drop the scope off to one of them, and obviously they would have a USPS money order in your name there for you to pick up when you drop off the scope and after a quick inspection??

One friend has his office on the Flower Mound, Carrollton line, and the other is 35 miles from Flower Mound. Since I am not there I do not know which would be closer for you.
