Update:

A fellow sent me a pm and had found the original ad from the fellow who worked at the Remington Custom shop who had it and several rifles built for himself. The barrel is a Hart and throated for Hornady 143eldx and it has a Mac Bros Gen1 for suppressors on the end of the barrel.
