For those of you that are interested in the 375/408 fast twist barrels shooting banded solids. I have my rifle from Lawton it is an 8 twist screwed on an 8000 action. I have done some testing and I can tell you this is some serious equipment. I will refrain from saying more at this point. I suspect Noel will share this info with everyone when he is comfortable with his projectiles. Due to these things having a nasty habit of collapseing the long nose when striking several medians, I believe they will find a niche as a hunting bullet. Anyway this system seems to be very close to unveiling. I will be happy to share all I know about this as soon as Noel thinks its ready.
