New posts missing

I normally view forums by new posts only, so I do not visit individual forums. I just list new posts by date. But one forum, "Gun Parts - Stocks, Barrels, Actions, etc." never shows up in list of new posts. I have to go to that forum to see new ones. Can this be fixed?
