Super bull!
Those are awesome thirds. Is that typical for your area? The area of Colorado I hunt is notorious for weak thirds. Just curious about antler types in a different part of the country.

Yeah i've seen alot of bulls with the bottom end fairly large. My bull wasn't very old, so didn't get time to develop the top end, but with only 3 days remaining in the season I wasn't going to pass him by.

This is my hunting partners bull he shot in 06, mine has a bit more mass, but of course he beats me everywhere else, this is a kings recreation of the bull, it is number 2 in New Mexico:
