New help with rings and mounts

I am new to long range shooting and had some questions on rings and mounts.
I have a athlon optics midas tac 6-24x50 and a vx3 lrp 6.5-20x50 one will go on a rem 700 long range .300 rum and the other will be on a rem 700 heavy barrel .338 rum
What bass like a 20 Moa rail and low med or high rings would you guys recommend? I plan on practicing 1000 yds and closer thanks in advance.

I think Seekins makes both rings and rails. I have used their rings and like them

Any idea with a 20 moa base what size rings to go with in Leupold?

Nearly all the time, for me, the lows will work on 50 mm Leupold and even my 52mm Marches. Ring heights will vary among different makers, so you have to double check the way each company measures. Seekins lows have been good fits on 20 moa rails.
Different stocks can also vary the cheek weld, so that's another thing to check.

on the cheaper end the burris extreme and talleys are really great. a bit more and i like the seekins rings.

I use EGW 20MOA rails and Seekins Precision rings. I have the same 6-24x50 Midas Tac and the low rings work great on my Savage.
