Hi,
My name is Dan Norman, I live in Idaho Falls, Idaho. I grew up in the Soda Springs Area in Southeast Idaho. I enjoy hunting Muleys and doing lots of shooting as money permits.
I have 4 kids and all are relatively young so money is always a concern, but I have been shooting and loading for a couple of Ackley Improved Cartridges and I love my .30-06 AI Custom that was Built by ACGG Member Shane Thompson. Right now it's my "long range" rig. I've taken Muley at the 500yd mark with it.
Hopefully, I'll be able to build my next custom this year, a 6.5-06 Ackley Improved and do some Long range target shooting as well. (I have the bbl and the action, just missing the $$$ for the build.)
This looks like a fun site, I could really learn a lot here.
