I have 5 .308s in the safe and my slower twist guns always seem to shoot the best. If I want recoil and high BC, there are better options than .308 for heavy bullets. My T3 compact dropped into a full size stock is one of my favorite and handiest of rifles. It shoots 168s amazingly well and 150-180 gr loads are easily sub MOA.
