NEW Bulk .224 75gr BTHP Bullets

DMP,

I received mine and they are almost similar to the Horn 75 BTHP which have a BC of .395. These are a bit shorter and have a smaller bearing surface as well. Base of bullet is rounded instead of flat.

For the price a heck of a deal.

Yeah I couldn't think of where I had seen it before. On a side I checked how far I could seat them in my XS7 compared to the Horn 75 and with the Horn my max OAL is 2.3022" and 2.3220" for the ones I got here. So it gives me some room to find a sweet spot with these. 🤞

Has anyone run these at distance in a bolt action rifle? How was your accuracy, particularly interested in how they shoot compared to Hornady 75 grain bullets. Thanks

Nothing through a bolt action. AR use out to 300 yards only. I was getting better accuracy out of them than my standard 55 grain FMJ loads...
