Scoured the Internet and not found. Where did you see it posted?

I new it was being formulated, but they never said when it would be available? There never was much info on it. Now rl12 isn't on their site. They'll probably skip 13 and go with 14 to replace 12 ir label it as 12.5?

I think when they add decoppering agents to existing powders it changes the burn rate and they just rename it. Just my opinion.
The entire reloder line is made in europe and europe is rearming and no doubt loading ammo by the millions.
