20 MOA base
Lugs are lapped and action trued up
Im not even sure about what trigger is in it.

If you have to remove it from the stock to adjust the trigger it's probably a Timney.

If you can adjust it from the trigger guard it could be a tuned stock trigger but probably not if you paid for a trigger.
