As far as your firing pin sticks out, I doubt any primer will be safe from it.
Never seen a primer do this before.....

You may want to [if you haven't already done it] disassemble the bolt and clean out any grit which may have entered.
So made it to the range today with several loads from 40.0 - 42.0 and the CCI450 small rifle magnum primers. No pierced primers and shot the best group yet with the 42grn load. Shot the first three out of five then a cease fire was called on the range so some guys could go get their targets then I was able to finish the five round group. I'll shoot it again where I can get all five on the same string. Thank you everyone for the input on this!
