Need to fix high ES

Imo SD is the only thing that really matters. Your ES will never shrink the more you shoot it will only grow. How many rounds are you running to get these numbers. I prefer 10-shot minimum to get a half way decent sample.

I would try running a little more neck tension first. At .001" you may see more variance due to spring back and some having virtually no tension.

I'm increasing neck tension first. To close to the lands with low neck tension equals high es. Unless seated to just touch the lands but no good reason to do that with a hunting rifle.

30 fps es is not enough to make 4" at 600 yards. Maybe at 1000y. I think your vertical is how you are riding the bags or barrel harmonics.

I found the LEE factory crimp die helped a lot
