I have a ar that i am going to be working on adding a two stage trigger and some other little extras and right now i have a nikon 3 x 9 and want to do a good upgrade to optic i have a budget of 500-600 , really all i do is some plinking and some rodent shooting out say 250 yards, would like to do maybe do some coyote hunting, any suggestion would be helpful as there are so many scope out there.

sorry already have the trigger, need a good scope

If you're looking to shoot rodents to 250, it sounds like you want to add a little more magnification. One nice thing about technology today, you don't need to spend as much and can still get the next level of quality for a lot less.

Our TRACT Tekoa 4-16x44 is worth a look. Step up in magnification which can certainly fit your needs. Made with Schott HT glass and a glass etched reticle coming out of the LOW factory in Japan. Target and custom turrets options are available for this model as well.

All the quality components you'll find on scopes about 30-40% more at retail. Being that were a direct to consumer only company, that added margin is now saved.

For a little north of your budget, we also have the Toric 3-15x42. This model has all the nice features. Same Schott HT glass, 4" constant eye relief, zero stop turret, target turret, glass etched reticle, etc...

let me know if there's anything I can help with

Yoda,
I'm not sure what part of the upgrade is most important to you, glass, repeatability, magnification... I would suggest the SWFA super sniper line. The 3-15 model would be a good choice, the fixed 10x is great and they make a 3-9 with very good glass. All of their scopes are very durable and track well.
The Sightron S-Tac 4-20 or 3-16 models would be worth a look also.

Hello: I apoloize and I dont mean to interupt here...I read this and wondered what are the costs for the 4-16x44-t-plex, does it have parallex adjustments? What are the distances typically designed for this. Thank you
