Hello all!
I think a lot of y'all know that Cassie & Maximus had a litter of Great Bernese Pups. We have an Excellent Female Pup that we were going to keep for ourselves, but had a family in Brownsville, TX that wanted to Adopt her. Well we have the Sire & Dam that are over 100 lbs++ and having another pup that will grow to 100 lbs++ will be tearing the house up. One of the family members may be allergic to Shelby and if they can't find a solution so the allergy is not effecting the family member Shelby may need a new home. The family that has Shelby now really wants to keep Shelby. They are an excellent family and taking great care of Shelby. If we do not find a solution where the family member is not effected by Shelby. We may need to find a new home, but like I said the current family is taking excellent care of Shelby and they want her to be their Forever Companion and she what to be in her Forever Home.
It may be a few weeks to try everything to keep Shelby in her home now. Just want to prepare for should I say option #2. Like the saying goes Faling to Plan is Planning to Fail. So, we are trying to have good options and what to do what is right and BEST for the FAMILY and Shelby.
Hopefully everything will work out because Shelby is with an excellent family and the family and Shelby want to stay together.
In the event we have to go to option #2 Is there a good family located in South TX or in that SW area that would take Shelby into their home? There will be an Adoption fee and I can work something out for a family that is serious to give a forever Home to Shelby. If not Jill and I will need to bring Shelby back to Georgia. If you are interested PLEASE PM Me ASAP. Here is the POST we had in LRH. We have references from the other (8) Litter Mate Families.
