need ideas for new gun and who to bore scope a barrel for me

I have a remington 700 short action that i want to build up. Bolt is for a 220 swift so what new around will match that bolt its the same 308win right. i have a barrel that just stop grouping well. not sure why would like to have someone look at it. about how much for this.

was thinking maybe a 22br whats the barrel life.
or just a 6mmbr or a 223 if i can buy just a bolt to match the case size.what im looking to build up is a rifle that can do a good amount of shooting before the barrels heats up alot or need to be cleaned alot while shooting.
