Ok, so i have a winchester 70 extreme weather ss in 270 that i bought new 2 years ago. I have shot probably 1000 rounds through it already. However, it is not shooting as i like anymore. I get one shot close to bullseye at 200 yrds and then the 2 other shots are like 4 inches apart. i think the barell me be pouched... What kind of barrel can i put on the winchester action and keep it as a 270. I was thinking of a Hart Barell and a mcmillan A5 stock. What do you guys think? What would be involved in doing all this?
