Need help finding a replacement bullet

I used the 90 grain Sierra with excellent results making one shot kills on one white tail and one mule deer. I also used the 90 grain Bonded and 110 Accubond from Nosler on a deer each and preferred the Sierra. The Noslers did a nice job as well, but both alot of frontal diameter to weight and the wound channels were not impressive. Obviously it is a small sample size, but I would not hesitate to use the 6.8 with the 90 Sierra anywhere I would use the 30-30, for deer.

I've used the 120 SST on whitetails and mule deer at less than 100 yds with good results. I've got Barnes bullets and Hornady's CX loaded up but have never used them because I have more 120 SST available. The 120 SST seems to be a common choice among those 6.8 forum guys.
A suppressor does a nice job on the 6.8 SPC. I have no problem shooting my AR platform indoors without hearing protection. (Single shot meat harvesting opportunities)

My go to bullets in the 6.8 SPC Contender carbine since Nosler has discontinued the 100 grain Accubond are the 90 grain Speer Gold Dot and the Hornady 110 V-Max I have taken deer and hogs with both of these with very good results. I also use them in my .277 Wolverine AR15s and barrel lengths from 12.5" - 22".

I have several 6.8 spcs in bolt action and ar platform, and I recently discovered that all of the nosler 110-115 gr bullets have been discontinued... they do still offer a 115 in the custom competition, but I need a good hunting bullet.

Most of my barrels are the 1-11" twist, so I can't run bullets that are too heavy. Has anyone had good luck using the custom competitions on (deer size) game?

I looked at the hammers and as much as I like there bullets, $136 per 100 is more than I'd like to pay.

Man if it were me I wouldn't worry too much. The 6.8 spc ain't a hot rod, high impact velocities and the need for a bullet that can stand it isn't such a concern. I also assume we're not trying to turn this cartridge into something it just isn't as a super distance gun or big dangerous critters…

Just a real world ordinary range hunting rifle. For this….

Any of the very basic 130 grain flat base soft points will stabilize just fine in an 11 twist. For hunting at 6.8 spc velocities I'd honestly find a load it likes with a 130 interlock or hot core or pro hunter type bullet and think nothing more of it.
