I have to use non bushing dies to neck down for my 7mm ultra rogue from 300 rum or 338 edge bertram, when I use the bertram I neck to 308 first then 284 with a 7mm rum die, then I size with my whidden bushing die to load, i would like to do a 6.5 on my rogue setup 
like I said previously , I think the ultra slow ball powders would dominate.
