Pulled out the Forster neck trimmer head I had for my .222 Rem 788 I bought over 30 years. Back then I knew next to nothing about neck wall thickness, concentricity and similar stuff. Thanks to the internet and Glen Zediker, that has changed....a bit! Got to playing with the trimmer and have no idea if I should aim for a certain thickness(I assume their is a minimum thickness I should not go below for a factory chambered Rem 700 in 30-06). Also, is their a thickness tolerance I can/should aim for? Brass is Winchester fired 4-5 times. I do have the Sinclair concentricity gage and Mic-4 thickness gage.
