I struck out on my monthly LGS run today. Hood supply of powder and primers, but nothing I needed so I left with some scope covers to offset the cost of the coffee and donuts.

Upon returning home, I started cleaning out my truck and found 2,000 .204 32 grain V-Max bullets under the front passenger seat. I thought I had lost them during a move in 2016. Also found two boxes of Rem 17 HMR, two boxes of Eley 17HM2 and a partial box of Rem 22 WMR.

So what your saying is you haven't cleaned your trunk since 2016.

Actually did a pretty thorough cleaning earlier this fall. Not sure how I missed under that seat.

I can Relate. My truck is used mostly for hauling trailers and hauling equipment.
The back floor area has straps, chains....
Haven't seen the floor in Years. I'm sure there is Stuff, I thought I have lost there.

I finally scored 2,000 Fed 215 primers at our local SW about a month ago($86 per 1,000)after over 2 years of waiting/looking(not the 215M's)for my 338LM,started thinking they were gone forever.

That looks like after pinned barrel, but pre safety.

It's a new pistol, so it's got the safety and all... They are putting the 57 out in the "classic" format. She's a shooter; I've only got around 60 rounds downrange and already have a lead bullet load and a jacketed load that's just over cloverleraf at 25. It's time to stretch it's legs to 100 yards now; 200 if 100 goes well...

I already have a 44 (and a 7-08 pistol) so I didn't want another. The m29 has thinner cylinder walls than I'd like for a pistol that will digest thousands of rounds. I had a chance to buy either a 25 or a 57. I chose the 57.
