"My" never leave the local gun store empty-handed rule ...

Scored some H100V yesterday. I had been trying to find this locally for so long that I initially couldn't remember why I wanted it in the first place.

Dear Lord in Heaven. Went to my local gun store this morning. They had received 1,000s of boxes of 223 ammo and 100s if not 1,000s of buck shot 12 gauge ammo. Sorry you Turkey Hunters.....none, I asked and they said they were getting phone calls asking the same question.

On the other hand the only (and I mean only) shelf that was empty was the one for primers. Spiders were building webs there LOL. Having seen all the 223 ammo, I know know why reloading primers are not available.

To keep my LGS in business, I bought a box (of 20) 45 ACP defense and one of 9MM defense (just to have them). Price? $2.00 per round (tax included). Had forgot what paperwork was required by California.....after showing a copy of my passport and drivers license they ran the instant background check and printed out 5 sheets of paper that they and I had to sign for 40 bullets. Wonder why prices are so high?

Am home eating a corned beef sandwich and partaking of a beverage trying to relax.

Ewwwwww California. No offense of course. Lol

Last weekends find! Plus, got a muzzle loader for a hunt this fall.

RL17 for my 6.5 Creedmoor (saving my H4350 for my varmint rifle)

80 a-max for long range plinking with 223. Saving my 75 eld-m for the aforementioned varmint rifle. I know these were discontinued but it giveseems me something to play with until things (hopefully) get back to normal!
