I think I will pull some bear and hog sausage out of the freezer tonight for the weekend. Might even throw some wings on the grill with them.

Both of you have got me yearning for sausage.We have neighbors that smell when I start smoking sausage and come over.
We love sharing when we have it.

We do all our own sausage mostly pork but also venison and sheep as well. Also did fish before turned out pretty awesome

We also do A LOT of smoked pork. Marinated strips of wild pork and smoked with kiawe (mesquite)
