Other people did too on another thread and I myself was almost convinced becaused looking at the base on the receiver belies it's cant, however, removing the base from the receiver and miking the front and rear pads eliminates that misconception.
It's between a 10 and 15 MOA cant in 7 inches of rail length, consequently, I have to presume that all the 111's have a canted rail, that come with a rail that is.
Needless to say, all the neysayers on that thread were silenced by my LSStarrett calipers.......... They don't lie even if my eyes aren't all that good.
The Savage website is a bit confusing at times....
