MPA suggests torquing the action screws to 65in/lbs and your done.
MPA also has a video where they say to start at 65in/lbs and check to make sure the washer "locks". If not, they suggest increasing the torque until it does lock. Not sure if I explained that well but any info would help. Thx

So what is the issue? Is the washer not locking with 65 in/lbs of torque? If it does not, then follow their recommendation ...

If this screw is in the front action hole, Check the screw length. If the screw is bottoming out against the barrel shank in the hole, Screw may need to be shortened a few thousands in length, So the screw will pull the washers tight.
The back action screw would need its length checked too, May interfere with the bolt operation.
