More powder lately, but the prices! šŸ˜®

Just bought Hunter @$47 at LGS. Ramshot powders work pretty darn good. Big Game is awesome in 06. Plus seem to be on shelves.
I just bought the same powders you bought. Hunter and Big Game, a friend on this forum has used them for years.
We just finished talking about load data a day or two ago. Very versatile powders.

Wow....65.00/lb....? That's a 30.00+ savings to what I pay in Canada and brass...3.00-6.50...at 65.00....buy all you can get....it may be just me...but I doubt things are going to drop in price...ever again. The new NORM...has been set
skipglo, what scares me is I think you are right! Things are changing and not for the better.

Don't look forward to buying components in Colorado. Liberal voters have saddled us with an additional 6.5% tax on the sale of guns, ammo, and I am told reloading components beginning April 1. Fortunately, I live close enough to Wyoming to take my business out of state.
Sounds like the anti-gunners are moving there and taking over your state. Before I was hunting, I used to go to the Intergloken in Broomfield. That's the root of the problem, it gave anti-gun Californians an easy move to CO, when they thought they were getting away from California...only to find out Colorado is turning into California...that's working out pretty good for you folks, heh?

In fact, Colorado was the first time I had ever been in a Wal Mart. TSA took my swiss pocket knife for the 2nd time, so I went in one to buy one. It's just something I don't think about...we're talking about a 2" blade.

We now have an 11% tax on the sale of guns and ammo...but let's see what the SCOTUS has to say about that. Could be good news for both of us. Our constitutional rights are not supposed to be taxed.;)

STOP TELLING PEOPLE WE DON'T HAVE SALES TAX!

Whispered..."They may want to move hereā€¦"
People don't seem to care. We have some of the highest sales tax in CA and it doesn't stop people from moving here. Where I live is pretty high, like ~9.75% We do seem to have something you may not. We seem to have the orange man holding our moron Governor to the mat. That's one of the few things we have... Evidently, there was no tax on 2A related products I've been told. Anyone know if there's any truth to that? Cause I like the text and tradition part of Bruen...

So think about this...today when I was reading this forum and saw that, I felt like we're on our way to $100/lb. I don't want to jinx any of us, but the inflation on reloading components is astronomical. Sadly, I would still buy some to hunt if I needed it. Does that mean they should charge me that much?šŸ˜Ÿ
