More important for accuracy

I am just curious. Why are you leaving Hammer boards and going back to the Barnes?
I went to hammer because i couldnt get barnes at the time.
I prefer a bullet that keeps its petals. Biting into venison with a petal in it can be painful and expensive.
At $1+ each they can get expensive. Barnes are about half that price.
I have plenty of barnes on hand and they performed perfectly for me for over 25 yrs. Nothing against hammers, theyre an excellent and accurate bullet. I will keep the 338 hammers in use because i like the 175 gr compared to the heavier barnes.

Thank you very much for the answer.
