I went down the rabbit hole of jump testing and just stopped because I was not really getting anywhere. Components are too scarce to waste on this IMO. I do like determine max CBTO for a given bullet/cartridge. Set at .02 off lands and move on.

I've sent a couple of fired cases to Hornady and their turnaround was only about 10 days, door to door.Thanks. I've considered sending off a few shot cases to do this ... I know I'd end up drilling it on an angle if I DIY it.
