Bought it as an open box, has a slight front ring mark and a small finish blem on the bottom. Glass is good to go.

Basspro and cabelas sold these out at 800-900$ here a few weeks ago. Keep looking you may find one at a better deal.

1000s of these scopes sold recently for 800-900$ from Cabelas/Basspro. Find someone who's only wanting to make a couple hundred bucks and there's your deal. I know of a guy who purchased 6 of these when the sale started beginning of the month. I for one dont like the open center reticle, or I'd been all over one. I pondered the idea of buying one for cheap ans using it as trade collateral due to its higher street value, but decided I have too dand many scopes as is. The deals are out there, just keep looking. I imagine there will be many listed for sale on the sniperhide px before long.

ThaT Cabela's deal was 899, with tax in most states that's almost a grand and with shipping an insurance over a grand. Anyone buying these and selling them for only a couple hundred dollars won't be doing it cheaper than the price I sold this one at.

you can likely find this good of a deal from people reselling these on various forums if you're patient, but it will be difficult to find a better deal imo

the people acting like you can walk out of a Cabela's with an 800$ mk5 are wrong. You never could and you never will.

while I sold this scope under the going rate right now I do think if you tried and scalped over exchanges every few hours you could match this price. There's a reason it sold in under 12 hours.

There never was JUST a MK5 they were ALWAYS a MK5HD, some just didn't have the "HD" stamp on the eye piece. Look at the box, every box says MK5 HD
